The tool evaluates a user-defined area of interest and surrounding buffers against authoritative bird, habitat, conservation, land use, and energy infrastructure datasets. It generates a map-ready output layer and a formatted PDF report summarizing intersections and area metrics to help identify potential risks, inform mitigation strategies, and guide early-stage project discussions.
