Service Description: Uploads a local project boundary (ZIP, SHP, KML/KMZ, GeoJSON) and normalizes it into a single polygon or ROW feature for use in the Clean Energy Screening Tool. New functionality includes an optional button to output the analysis areas (10km or 0.75km for transmission projects, 4km and 0km for solar/wind projects) in the add data step (without having to run the full screening tool).
